Accommodation
In recent years, SWU has increased the investment in the construction and renovation of international student dormitories to ensure the development of student accommodation needs, while improving the hardware facilities of international student dormitories , the use of classified placement of student accommodation methods, with professional property management services, to create a safe, orderly, civilized and clean accommodation environment for students.
International College owns and manages three accommodation buildings, including communication and network access, equipped with combined furniture, intelligent electricity and water management equipment, independent toilet, heating and cooling air conditioning, refrigerator, flat screen TV, etc. There are complete public service facilities such as laundry, dining and fitness in dormitory area.

Accommodation fee (Ziyun Building/International Student Dormitory/Zhuyuan International Student Dormitory)
Long-term students: (Students studying for only one semester are charged per semester (one-time payment); Students studying for one academic year or more are charged per year (one-time payment year by year), including basic utilities)
Quadruple room: 3500 yuan/person/semester, 6000 yuan/person/academic year;
Standard room: (two people sharing), 5000 yuan/person/semester, 9000 yuan/person/academic year;
Single room: 7000 yuan/person/semester, 12000 yuan/person/academic year;
Short-term student: (one-time payment, including basic utilities)
Standard room: 80 yuan/person/day; Single room: 120 yuan/person/day;
Note: Freshmen must live in the dormitory in the first year. Seniors can apply for accommodation outside, but they need to fill the Application Form to Live Outside Campus for International Students of SWU, and need to be approved by the Students’ Affairs Office and register at the local police station.
